If excessive noise is identified in the place of work, the employer shall appoint a noise risk assessor to carry out noise risk assessment in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (Noise Exposure) Regulation 2019. It is a very important step towards preventing employees hearing against the noise induce hearing loss.
